3. Payment Terms: The payment terms for courses and services from Holistic Learning are determined at the time of registration. Payment must be made within the agreed period. If the payment is not received on time, Holistic Learning has the right to exclude the customer from participating in the course or service.

4. Services from Holistic Learning: Holistic Learning commits to offering courses and services of high quality and to support the customer to the best of its ability. However, Holistic Learning reserves the right to change or cancel courses and services at any time.

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation: The customer can withdraw from a contract with Holistic Learning or cancel a service. The conditions for withdrawal and cancellation are set at the time of registration. If the customer does not comply with the conditions for withdrawal or cancellation, Holistic Learning reserves the right to charge a fee.

7. Liability: Holistic Learning is not liable for damages caused by the customer or third parties. Holistic Learning is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the location of Holistic Learning. The law of the country in which Holistic Learning is located applies.
