My name is Michele Rocco and I have been a qualified primary school teacher since 2015. In addition to my professional life, family and friends, traveling, chess, music, drawing and sports activities are an important part of my life. During my time as a student, as well as in my later professional life, I worked in many different school systems, courses and, above all, individually with a wide variety of pupils. I realized early on that it is important for me personally, but also for the success of the child, to have a clear goal in mind that we work diligently towards together. Through the services available here and with the help of a balanced and experienced team, I want to make my knowledge and experience more accessible to students, parents, teachers and other interested parties in order to support even more learners in developing their full potential.

I have always enjoyed giving tutoring lessons because I enjoy explaining something to someone and being able to help them that way. For me it is also very important not only to help with learning, but also to motivate my students to learn. Many people are not aware that they only learn for themselves, not for school, not for their parents, and not for anyone else. Once you understand that, learning is no longer a struggle, but something that can be fun. Since I was 14, I have been giving regular tutoring lessons in German, French, English, and mathematics. I have taught students from the 2nd primary school through to students in their final year at the high school. So I have experience with all age groups. One lesson lasts 60 minutes. I look forward to hearing from you!

I graduated from high school in Zurich in July 2022 and have been studying at the HSG since September 2022. Mathematics, German, French and English have always been my strengths. My level in German and English is C2, in French C1. In September, I also successfully obtained the Cambridge Proficiency Certificate in English and thus reached the highest level. Mathematics has been my strength throughout my school years and I have independently developed good methods for solving complex problems quickly and easily. I therefore have an in-depth knowledge of these subjects. I also have experience in individual and group tutoring. For example, I tutored students from the lower school in the upper school of a grammar school for several years. Their academic performance actually improved. The students repeatedly confirmed that I was able to convey knowledge in a good and understandable way. That's why I have many theory and exercise sheets.

Hello! I am a qualified civil engineer and now work exclusively as a private tutor. I am well versed in math and physics and have tutored in these subjects professionally. My name is Erin and my whole life is connected with drawing. I have been working as a professional digital illustrator for 7 years. I work with different clients from all over the world: brands, celebrities, bloggers, and draw characters for games. I have drawing skills in different styles: realism, semi-realism, catoon. I also worked as a fashion illustrator and designer for 3 years. I have traditional drawing skills and work with different materials. Two years ago I founded my own drawing school, which has become one of the most successful in the CIS counties. I also helped many people make drawing not just a hobby but also a profitable profession and monetize their drawings. I have loved drawing since I was a child. For me, the more unusual the idea, the greater my interest and fascination. I don't limit myself creatively to specific themes, but prefer to constantly explore new ways of visual expression. I am Enikö Hajnal, a dedicated health consultant and yoga teacher who also offers special programs for children, both in private and group sessions. My passion lies in helping young people grow through yoga and holistic health counseling. I believe in the profound effect that yoga can have on children - not only in terms of improving their physical flexibility and strength, but also in promoting their mental and emotional well-being. My name is Jonathan Décaillet and I am currently in the last year of my training to become a primary school teacher at the teacher training college. I have many years of experience in tutoring. In addition to individual lessons, I have also accompanied and led high school preparatory courses and group lessons. I have taught children of all ages and school cycles. Due to my current training, I naturally also have general teaching experience in a class setting and have also acted as a substitute teacher from time to time. I also have a bachelor's degree in geography. In my free time, I love playing chess, hiking and traveling, doing sports in general (volleyball, cycling), reading and learning new languages. I also spend a lot of time with my family and friends. In general, I am very inquisitive, curious, patient and open. When you spend time in classrooms, the heterogeneity between individuals quickly becomes apparent. Every child has different prerequisites and needs differentiated and individual approaches to knowledge. Every child also brings with them a different amount of prior knowledge and preconceptions and it is the teacher's job to understand and build on these. Ultimately, every child also brings with them different interests and experiences of life and here too it is the teacher's job to build on these. Tutoring and lessons should therefore be individual and tailored. Knowledge is constructed by the learner and not by the teacher. Being competent means knowing something, being able to apply and transfer something and wanting something. Motivation is therefore at the heart of learning. A good relationship between the learner and the teacher is a key prerequisite for being able to offer good lessons.

I am a 27-year-old Woman Grandmaster (WGM) with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. Coming from a chess family—my father is a Grandmaster and my mother is a Woman FIDE Master—I have been playing chess since the age of five. My playing experience includes winning a bronze medal at the World Youth Chess Championship Under 18 in Halkidiki in 2015 and another bronze at the European Youth Chess Championship Under 18 in Poreč the same year. I have been a standard member of my national team, representing my country in five Chess Olympiads and four European Team Championships. In 2015, I was selected for Susan Polgar's Camp in Vienna as one of the ten most talented girls in the world under 20. More recently, I won a gold medal on board five at the European Team Chess Championship in 2023. In my private lessons, students are encouraged to send me links to their chess profiles on platforms like Lichess or Chess.com, or at least ten of their games, whether classical, rapid, or blitz. Based on their gameplay, I analyze recurring mistakes and structure lessons around them. Depending on their needs, we can cover topics such as planning in different types of positions, position evaluation based on key factors, endgames at various levels, tactics, strategy, pawn structures, piece activity, common motifs, and opening principles. If a student has specific topics they want to focus on, they should let me know in advance so I can prepare the material accordingly. Another option is to play a few training games with the student and then analyze them together. Regardless of the approach, I emphasize the thought process and psychological aspects of chess, sharing my reasoning behind moves and helping students develop a structured way of thinking. After each lesson, I provide a summary of everything covered, along with homework and additional study materials to reinforce learning.
