1. Scope : These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses and services offered by Holistic Learning, including on-site courses at a learning center and online courses.

2. Conclusion of contract : By registering for a course or service from Holistic Learning, a contract is concluded between the customer and Holistic Learning. The customer accepts these general terms and conditions by registering.

3. Terms of payment : The terms of payment for Holistic Learning courses and services are determined upon registration. Payment must be made within the agreed deadline. If payment is not received on time, Holistic Learning is entitled to exclude the customer from participating in the course or service.

4. Holistic Learning Services: Holistic Learning is committed to providing high quality courses and services and to providing the best possible support to its customers. However, Holistic Learning reserves the right to change or cancel courses and services at any time.

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation: The Client may withdraw from a contract with Holistic Learning or cancel a service. The terms of withdrawal and cancellation are set out at the time of registration. If the Client does not comply with the terms of withdrawal or cancellation, Holistic Learning reserves the right to charge a fee.

6. Data protection : Holistic Learning respects the privacy of the customer and collects only the necessary data. The data is used only for internal purposes and is not passed on to third parties.

7. Liability : Holistic Learning is not liable for damages caused by the customer or third parties. Holistic Learning is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law : The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Holistic Learning. The law of the country in which Holistic Learning is based applies.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions : Holistic Learning reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The changed General Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
